Ares Wealth Management Solutions is seeking Summer Analysts who will support several areas within AWMS in capacities ranging from sales, capital raising, product management, fund development, financial reporting, marketing and analytics. Analysts will rotate through various departments during the summer, getting exposure and obtaining a greater understanding of these departments. AWMS Summer Analyst responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics targeted at the financial intermediary channels
• Identifying new prospective clients and building upon existing relationships in partnership with our internal and external sales consultants
• Gaining a deep understanding of Ares’ product philosophy, process, objectives, and positioning
• Analyzing and articulating market trends within the alternative investment industry
• Studying for and obtaining a SIE FINRA license

We are looking for dynamic, relationship driven, motivated individuals with strong analytical and/or relationship management skills.

Successful candidates should have:

• Interest in Sales and/or Advisory Services within the asset management industry
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding and dynamic environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Good judgement and high EQ
• Impeccable integrity, trustworthiness and someone who will positively contribute to Ares’ culture of collaboration

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, ideally majoring in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025
• Have a track record of academic excellence and participation in campus activities

Duration: 10 weeks

Compensation: Paid internship - the total base salary (subject to change) is expected to be $100,000 (prorated over 10 weeks)
