Responsibilities:
The Campus Recruiter & Program Manager role is an Associate position that will be aligned to our Early Careers team who will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, such as the Early Careers team, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, Business CAOs/COOs, and business-specific Early Careers leads. This role will primarily focus both on developing and delivering our business-specific end-to-end recruiting processes, as well as overseeing the design, development, and delivery of tailored divisional content to support our fulltime Analysts and Associates throughout their program. Additionally, they will provide full end-to-end management of Analyst programming, including division-specific supplemental training, community building, talent management, guidance, and mobility.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Executing, measuring, and refining end-to-end recruiting processes
Attending specific campus events at both undergraduate and graduate institutions
Delivering a seamless interview and offer process for summer analyst and full-time analyst hires
Serving as a point of contact for senior business leaders, HRBPs, and key HR functions regarding recruiting activity
Managing summer intern programs, including training, events, feedback/evaluation, and offers
Cultivating and developing relationships with campus candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and educating them on Blackstone’s opportunities
Supporting the annual assessment of the recruitment approach, rooted in data, and providing recommendations for improvement
Partnering with managers, divisional stakeholders, Campus Recruiting, Talent Development, and HR business partners to design and implement division-specific programming and full-time training programs
Ensuring seamless integration into the program and the firm, while also providing ongoing mentoring, support, and advocacy for program participants
Conducting pulse checks of Analyst talent and sharing key themes with business and HR stakeholders
Facilitating rotations and supporting mobility opportunities as applicable to support talent growth and development
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of experience in HR, with Financial Services experience beneficial
Prior experience in program management, program delivery, training, and/or campus recruitment preferred
Proficient in designing and implementing end-to-end programs and processes
Prior campus recruiting experience, including event planning, university engagement, and interviewing
Supports end-to-end delivery of summer programs
Exceptional relationship building skills, fostering client engagement within HR/SIG business and divisional stakeholders
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Attention to detail, ensuring data integrity
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Strong team player, fostering relationships across all levels and within global HR teams
Able to identify areas for process improvement and drive change
Maintains professionalism and exercises strong judgment, comfortable with escalation as needed
Comfortable setting priorities and working independently, yet enjoys collaborative projects within a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Solution-oriented mindset, with strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Maintains attention to detail and data integrity
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and client-focused delivery
Willingness to travel when necessary

Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 - $130,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
