The Crown Is Yours

Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decision-making across the business. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Platform Analytics team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience across fundamental aspects of the DraftKings ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools and workflows, enhancing operations across our Sportsbook, Casino, and Fantasy products, and informing the team's current and future initiatives. Through cross-functional collaboration, development and monitoring of critical metrics, and analytics deep dives, you will enable DraftKings to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.

What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Account Platform

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and operational leaders, to align on objectives and support key business initiatives.

  • Execute on open-ended analyses while prioritizing high impact work, accounting for full customer lifecycle.

  • Serve as a strategic problem solver, using data to better understand user behavior and make recommendations to improve user experience.

  • Create compelling, high-quality presentations to effectively communicate key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of product changes.

  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in analytical roles in a relevant industry, preferably technology, product, or e-commerce.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Proven expertise in extracting insights from large datasets and presenting findings to cross-functional audiences.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms.

  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 95,200.00 USD - 119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
