About the Global Travel Management team

The Global Travel Management team is part of EQT’s Group Finance function and drives the strategic direction of EQT’s global travel programme. Operating at the intersection of operations, finance, and sustainability, the team supports EQT employees across all regions by ensuring seamless travel experiences that align with our values and compliance standards. The team collaborates closely with HR, Finance, Sustainability, and Office Management, acting as an enabling partner to the business.

About the Role

As Regional Travel Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising all aspects of business travel within your assigned region Americas. Acting as the key interface between local stakeholders and the global travel function, you will ensure alignment with EQT’s global travel strategy, systems, and sustainability goals while adapting to regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the global travel programme at the regional level, ensuring policy compliance and regional regulatory alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Sustainability, Office Management, and business units to support and enable travel needs.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimising processes, tools, and supplier integrations.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with regional travel vendors (e.g., TMCs, airlines, hotels) and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Monitor travel costs and emissions, and support related reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure effective use of EQT’s corporate card programme and support reconciliation with accounting systems.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and travel reporting to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Partner with Security Risk Management to uphold travel safety standards and ensure duty of care.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management in a regional or global context.
  • Strong understanding of TMC operations, OBTs, and corporate payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and cultures.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Target base salary in the range of $140,000 to $150,000 per year.
