THE POSITION

We’re currently looking for an Associate, Content to join our FanDuel Canada Team. The successful candidate will play a supporting role in driving our content strategy forward, assisting with some of FanDuel’s biggest content partners, and helping to develop innovative content campaigns for team and league partnerships across sportsbook and casino products. The candidate will have some knowledge of how to measure and track campaigns, have experience working with external partners and cross functional team members on executing campaigns, and feel confident putting post campaign reports together.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist in executing large scale marketing campaigns for both Sportsbook and Casino products which entails building briefs and briefing partners on the goals of the campaign.
  • Own post campaign reporting including gathering information from partners + cross functional teams, organizing performance metrics, deriving insights from the data and presenting back to key stakeholders.
  • Work with creative and media teams to traffic assets in a timely fashion, ensuring they are made to spec.
  • Assist external stakeholders in driving editorial storylines by providing key betting insights that align with trending storylines across sports.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Strong understanding of the sports landscape in Canada and how it comes to life across channels (social, digital, linear).
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience building brands.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external partners and internal team members to execute campaigns on time and budget.
  • Good ability to navigate a highly regulated and complex industry.
  • Critical thinker who can analyze creative and provide constructive feedback both internally and externally.
  • Able to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The applicable salary range for this position is $62,000 - $77,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
