Job Description

What we are we looking for:

  • Partner with the Head of UK Institutional and Asset Managers to further build-out the client strategy based on industry trends, client needs, and solution-based selling approach with ETFs
  • Utilise strong Excel proficiency when mapping existing client funds, holdings, and investment approach with Morningstar and Bloomberg data sets in order to identify new sales leads as well as potential switch opportunities from competing ETF and Active fund providers
  • Leveraging a passion for markets in order to maintain real-time relevancy with clients on portfolio allocation trends, geopolitical insights, and market outlook utilising both proprietary and third-party research
  • Skilled writer who can provide weekly client updates on our ETF product set, firm’s market views, and upcoming events
  • Utilise past work experience and familiarity with the Institutional UK landscape in order to more quickly adapt to selling into this client segment
  • Leverage existing network / client base across relevant client sets spanning UK Asset Management, Pensions, and Insurance
  • Employing a portfolio construction mindset when thinking through how ETF can serve as part of a broader Active, Alts, Index, and Cash solution for our clients
  • Brand building on a firm, team, and personal level by working alongside Marketing and Product Strategy to curate and deliver differentiated content in a modern media format across industry events, conferences, and group client presentations
  • Ability to connect with clients and establish rapport in a professional setting, including client coffees, meals, and industry events

What you can bring:

  • Sales experience, preferably in the ETF / Index, Asset Management, Investment Banking, and / or Consultancy space
  • Advanced understanding of financial markets and multi-asset portfolio construction
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
  • Preferable knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • University Degree or relevant work experience preferred / CFA would be helpful
