Your role:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) Associate Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all phases of the sales proposal process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). This progressive role is responsible for helping with researching, writing, editing, reviewing and producing proposals and responding to due diligence questionnaires related to Invesco’s global suite of products. The Associate Analyst must be highly motivated and intellectually curious, with the ability to take on more responsibility and independence as they gain experience and expertise with the RFP process and Invesco’s products .
What we are we looking for:
Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely client-facing submissions in order to gain and maintain assets
Work closely with RFP Manager, stakeholders and subject matter experts to assemble response data and create new/custom answers
Adhere to all processes for completion, tracking and filing of work
Organise statistical data by utilising various analytical databases to comply with questionnaire / database specifications
Develop and maintain an understanding of portfolios’ investment process, construction, and risk management
What you can bring:
Internship in investment management industry preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree, Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts preferred; some exposure to Economics or Finance courses or interest in the markets preferred but not required
Strong writing and editing skills; an excellent communicator
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
Able to juggle and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere
Self-starter, highly motivated
Critical thinker and a quick learner; intellectually curious
Able to work well both independently and as a team member
Interest in exploring a career in financial services
