Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in passing journal entries in various scenarios.
• Gain understanding of operational activities pertaining to fund accounting.
• Ensure that all transactions are performed within agreed SLAs and approved procedures.
• Ability to follow SOP and perform trained activities with minimum guidance.
• Ability to follow up with PMC's to procure financial reporting packages
• Review distribution memos and conduct distribution analysis.
• Good to have technical tools knowledge on Yardi/Investran.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• Graduate in commerce & accounting with outstanding academic achievements. MBA in finance is advantage
• 0 to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration
• Experience in Asset Management or fund administration or fund accounting is advantage
• Relevant experience related to Real Estate property accounting, fund accounting is an advantage
• Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
• Should be a team player
• Excellent accounting knowledge
• With high learning ability and positive curiosity
• Good working knowledge on MS Office is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal English

Education:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com or MBA in finance is preferred.
