Job Description
Your Role
This role will oversee the Security Services & Resources function, including managing a team within Global Security at Invesco. The position will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with finance, human resources, GSD leaders, corporate communications, T&O Reporting, legal, and procurement. This role will manage the portfolio of executive reports required by GSD leaders to supervise the daily operations of GSD. As a manager, this individual will inspire through performance leadership, build effective teams, promote diversity, and nurture organizational talent. The role also involves cultivating effective relationships across the organization, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement. This role will handle and execute incoming inquiries and requests to support the GSD Leadership team and organizational needs. The position will address escalated issues, risks, and program reporting and operations through continuous monitoring. Additionally, the role will be responsible for financial request tracking, purchase order submissions, and annual budget cycle submissions for GSD. This position will work closely with GSD and associated peers to deliver high-quality, value-added reports that meet the requirements of the Boards of Invesco, their affiliates, and Invesco’s respective regulators globally.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Make fact-based decisions using individual judgement and problem solving.

Helps others translate vision and strategic direction to team goals and activities.
Manage GSD reporting and program approval process and ongoing monitoring; Lead analysts and oversee the processes and reporting for accuracy and completeness.
Present strategy of the programs and represent the team in discussions with other teams in the firm and coordinate across groups within the department to deliver solutions for the team.
Keep open lines of communication within the team, and moderates between group members.
Apply solid understanding of how GSD Services and Resources integrate with other department functions to accomplish the objectives of the function and overall business activities.
Partner with finance, human resources, GSD leaders, corporate communications, T&O Reporting, legal, procurement, and recruiting to maintain the services and resources needs of the GSD organization.
Build trust by fulfilling team expectations, guidelines, and work responsibilities as well as holding others accountable for the same.
Treat people with dignity, respect and fairness and holds others accountable for the same.
Convey thoughts logically, simply and succinctly in written and verbal communications.
Lead others in resolving conflicts and fosters an environment where others openly discuss issues.
Govern repositories, tools, and process documentation for program processes, purchase order requests, and GSD reporting requirements.

The Experience You Bring:
7+ years managing similar programs.
Building and managing relationships at all levels within the organization.
Strong understanding and/or ability to quickly learn IVZ/T&O processes including human resources, recruiting, finance, purchasing, IVZ Executive Boards.
Strong knowledge in IVZ/T&O functions, daily processes to handle adhoc requests on behalf of GSD.
Financial services and project management experience to execute.
Strong skills in developing/delivering presentations to large audiences and at all levels within the organization.
Intellectual agility - the ability to learn and act on new information quickly and efficiently.
Excellent organization and flexibility skills.
Proven ability to have negotiation skills, a proactive and ‘No surprise’ approach in communicating issues with independent views and build consensus at all levels within the organization.
Ability to develop program strategies and road map.
Understanding of emerging technologies and willingness to learn new capabilities.
Track record of success in planning and implementing development efforts, issues and action plans.
Ability to foster a collaborative environment.
Proven skills in acquiring and developing talent.
Experience in managing conflict and influencing stakeholders at a variety of levels.
Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and formulate fact-based business cases.
Strong communicator (written and verbal) and listener.
Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and remotely with limited supervision.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or minimum 3 years of experience related to requirements.
