TEAM OVERVIEW

The Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS, formerly known as the Client and Partner Group, or CPG, was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. Today, KCS consists of over 200 executives located in 13 offices across four continents and in 10 countries. The KCS platform is primarily organized around two specialized focus areas: Sales/Relationship Management and Product/Strategy Management. KCS seeks to “connect the dots” across all businesses at KKR, from our global Infrastructure investing teams to Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, Capital Markets and Insurance-Funded Strategies, to deliver all of KKR’s intellectual capital and solutions to our investing partners. The group’s long-term objective is to diversify KKR’s client base to include new investors, across all regions and institution types, and to raise capital for the Firm’s expanding product platform through developing, structuring and maintaining collaborative partnerships with our investors.

POSITION SUMMARY

KKR seeks to recruit an experienced professional who is passionate about client success and client operations to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. As a key member of the Insurance-Funded Product Strategy Investor Servicing team, this Associate will partner with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Technology (as well as other stakeholder groups as needed) to coordinate and enhance the overall client experience, with a primary focus of providing white-glove client service. Given the growth initiatives at KKR, this seat will provide an opportunity to help to improve the firm’s internal processes and increase scalability as it relates to the servicing of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the internal point of contact for client requests; coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Write external communications including on-going investor and fundraising queries, Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests and other ad hoc questions
• Build a deep knowledge and understanding of Insurance-Funded investment vehicles in order to respond to fundraising requests and recurring client inquiries
• Work directly with team’s COO to optimize operational processes
• Document and formalize process procedures
• Manage or assist with ad hoc projects and assignments

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-6 years of relevant experience on an investor relations, client service or reporting team
• Prior experience in alternative investments preferred
• Ability to quickly and accurately grasp a wide range of business concepts
• Knowledge of investment products and industry terminology
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and grow relationships across KKR
