About the Job

  • Knowledge Management: Define and streamline knowledge base content creation, curation and maintenance process including knowledge articles for self-service.
  • Configuration: Work with developers to customize and configure HR Case Management and Knowledge Management modules to meet business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams understand their requirements, identify knowledge gaps, and provide solutions to improve HR processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from the ServiceNow HRSD to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and inform decision-making.
  • Coaching: Coach, train and influence knowledge management practices across a variety of users, including self-service and Ask HR support specialists, according to established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Project Management: Participate in HR projects, contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring of release plans and other HR initiatives.
  • Writing and Coaching: Demonstrate a passion for writing clear, concise, and engaging technical and training documents and employee facing articles. Provide coaching to HR team members to enhance their understanding and use of the knowledge base.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, preferably within HR
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and Now Assist a plus
  • Bachelors’ degree required, preferably Communications, Journalism or English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for leading and driving change, with a champion mindset to promote best practices.
  • Organizational agility and proven ability to be results-focused, proactive, collaborative, and confident under pressure.
  • Strong motivation, coaching and counseling skills.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills with business acumen and consultative skills, required.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and interact effectively.
  • Knowledge Management training/certification is a plus
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, SharePoint).
