Primary Objective :

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst VIE, based in Hong-Kong, and assigned to LVMH Holdings in Hong-Kong, China, Korea and Singapore.

Financial planning and analysis activities in support to the Senior Business and Financial Control Manager.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

Financial Analysis :

• Prepare monthly group result presentations for regional Chief Finance Officer
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports (colect, consolidate & analyze sales trends by brand and country).
• Perform monthly analysis of holdings P&L and follow up the IT costs.

Financial Planning :

• Support the preparation of the group budgets for LVMH Asia Pacific Holdings in accordance with guidelines and timetable.
• Liaise with departments to collect data and assist Senior Business and Financial Control Manager in forecasting & consolidation.

Other activities :

• Deliver market insights by country to supports Brands in the region.
• Prepare monthly reports on economic KPIs and tourism data.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards (sales, store information, tourism) in Power BI.
• Validate intragroup service and recharges, support internal Control Implementation.

• Master's degree in Finance, Audit or Management Control from top business school or university
• Relevant experience in controlling, budgeting or auditing
• Good communication and presentation skills, good team player
• Meticulous, detail-minded, strong analytical skills (agile with figures and database)
• Ability to work with time constraints, capacity to prioritize and manage multi-tasks in a complex work environment
• Entrepreneurial drive, ability to take initiative and work independently
• Advanced level in Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus), strong PowerPoint presentation skills, familiar with Power BI is a plus
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or French would be a plus

VIE starting in January 2024, for the 24 months, based in Hong-Kong.
