Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global Equities Management Team (EQM) in running the day-to-day operations of the Equities business.

This role will also drive initiatives and projects to help grow and evolve the Equities business.

Principle Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of non-trading day-to-day business management operations for the Equities Business

• Help execute , monitor and track EQM business priorities /projects across Core infrastructure departments

• Serve as initial point of contact for non-trading related inquiries from Core Infrastructure ( e.g Technology ,Operations, Finance, Legal , Compliance ,HR, Tax)

• Act as an interface between Portfolio Managers requests and Core Infrastructure for non-trading related issues

• Assist with new product approvals , business initiatives and Portfolio Manager on/off boarding process

Qualifications/Skill Set

• Candidate should have between 5-10 years of experience at an Investment Bank , Hedge Fund or Financial instruction in a front office environment with significant expertise in the Equities trading space

• Ability to prioritise and act in a fast paced , high pressure , dynamic environment
