The Boston Bruins are hiring a Fan Relations Account Executive to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Fan Relations Account Executive, you will be responsible for servicing and retaining a client base of Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders. Drive revenue by servicing Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders. Drive revenue by selling season tickets, game plans, group ticket packages, Boston Garden Society products and Legends Club memberships. Assist with ongoing communication, planning, organizing, implementing and promoting of Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the account management and annual renewal of a client base of Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders.
  • Resolve customer service and ticketing issues from Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders, TD Garden patrons, and general fans.
  • Oversee and optimize the relationship and guest experience of Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders to optimize retention while maximizing sales and profitability.
  • Assist with the execution of Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holder events and benefits.
  • Responsible for a client base of Boston Bruins Game Plan Holders and Group Buyers, along with TD Garden Suite Renters.
  • Solicit referrals and make recommendations for the purpose of generating news sales leads to maximize sales and revenue for the Boston Bruins and TD Garden.
  • Collaborates with Boston Bruins Box Office on all ticket-related issues and assists with upgrades to maximize client experience.
  • Interacts with Bruins clients on-site at all games to maximize customer service and optimize the client experience. 
  • Responds to inquiries from Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders, patrons, and fans via emails, letters, and phone calls.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of client retention and sales experience 
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics, Ticketmaster Account Manager, Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, empathetic, strong problem solving skills, ability to work with internal clients on a professional level,strong interpersonal skills, strong listening skills, strong sales skills, the ability to exhibit patience and calmness under difficult circumstances.
