Position Summary:
The Archtics Manager will work closely with the Archtics Director along with the full Ticket Operations team to fulfill the vision for all things within the department. The Archtics Manager will be responsible to ensure standardization and functionality within our company’s Archtics database including all 3rd party integrations. The Archtics Manager will also work with venue tenants who maintain their own Archtics databases.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena, Kraken Community Iceplex, and Coachella Valley ticket operations staff to ensure standardization within the Archtics database.
- Maintain knowledge and coordinate enhancements of all 3rd party integrations that affect the Archtics database such as IOMedia, Kore, Salesforce, Fevo, GiveX, our Breakaway mobile app, Entry, Park Hub, etc
- Develop relationships with our venue tenants such as the Seattle Storm, Seattle University, and NCAA tournaments to ensure their Archtics databases stay consistent with the operational needs of Climate Pledge Arena.
- Represent Climate Pledge Arena in the box office during home Kraken games, concerts, basketball games, and events featuring tenants such as Seattle Storm and Seattle University.
- Manage a small team of specialists and coordinators on the Archtics team.
- Execute and continually seek to improve the process for all ROFR and Presale opportunities for approved groups and premium spaces.
- In conjunction with the Climate Pledge Arena Box Office team, maintain a thorough QA process for all event builds within the Archtics database and the Ticketmaster host system.
- Stay up to date on latest enhancements by Ticketmaster and 3rd party integrations.
- Educate team, arena, and Kraken Training Center staff about solutions that Archtics and 3rd party integrations can provide to them for ticketing needs
- Provide excellent customer service with efficient ticketing procedures, prompt responses to requests or communication, and coordination with all departments to resolve guest concerns and seat discrepancies.
- Work in coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Finance & Sponsorship Departments to execute events and fulfill company-wide goals.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience with the Ticketmaster suite of products including Archtics, Account Manager, TM1, and Mobile Technology.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as train, manage, and motivate others.
- Candidate must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities in occasional high stress situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Candidate must also have the ability to work with the public and possess conflict resolution skills.
- An ability to consistently complete tasks within a deadline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.
- Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Candidate should be up to date on the latest industry trends for ticketing that can help drive the department to be at the forefront of other teams and arenas in North America.
- Experience with large-scale events in a stadium or concert setting of a similar size (18,000 seats) is highly desirable.

- Compensation:
- In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected salary range for this position is $75k-$82k. Actual base pay will depend on employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full salary range for salary grade: $72.5-$87.5

Working Conditions:
- Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
- Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building
