The Veteran Associate Rotation Program is a structured, 12-month rotational program providing a foundational understanding of Partners Group and private markets. It’s a high visibility role through which future leaders emerge. At the end of your program, you will join one of our teams as a Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Real Estate, or Private Infrastructure investment professional. As a Veteran Associate Rotation Program member, you will:

• Rotate as an investment professional across 2-3 of our asset class investment teams in Denver, CO. Each rotation is targeted 4-6 months.
• Take part in live investments across a wide range of industries, with deep involvement in the entire investment process from investment sourcing and assessment to due diligence and execution.
• Use analytical tools and prepare complex financial models to research and evaluate information.
• Actively participate with PG portfolio company management teams and their Board of Directors on transformational strategy projects.
• Work with your assigned mentor (also a veteran) to build understanding and develop business, technical and leadership skills.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our culture and the values that are key to our business.
