• Develops new software solutions or major enhancements to existing software
• Troubleshoots production problems related to application
• Produce high quality technical documentation
• Undertake development tasks without supervision, including software designing, programming and testing within a Test-Driven Development process
• Monitor progress and provide updates to the Technical Lead / Project Manager promptly and accurately
• Understand and apply a formal quality approach towards design, development and testing phases
• Able to contribute to multiple projects, whilst still ensuring process compliance and deliverables are adhered to the guidelines and expectations
• Able to work independently as well as a team in providing out-of-the box solution if required
• To collaborate/troubleshoot with the development and delivery team for technical issues that requires result analysis and feedback

Job Summary

• A dynamic, talented Full Stack Developer who is ready for a challenge where teamwork, technical ability, and problem-solving skills are essential. Supports Development and Change initiatives.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing high performance scalable web applications.
• Perform coding in line with existing architecture boundaries, use best practices and coding standards.
• Development experience with React JS / Ember JS / JPA / Hibernate / JBoss EAP is a must.
• Very strong SQL experience of writing complex queries
• Solid knowledge of OOP software concepts, design patterns, and best practices
• Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
• Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by successful UVT.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and a responsible team player

Business

Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements. Co-ordinate with the teams to resolve issues (thru clarification, data fixes and program fixes following required process) in development & test environments. Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by successful UVT. Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
