Role Summary and Job Responsibilities

T. Rowe Price seeks a Senior Technology Project Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to support strategic technology initiatives utilizing Waterfall, Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies and:

  • Conduct a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing more complex technology projects; ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Coordinate business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure proper staffing and resources.
  • Provide training and coaching to teams on applying Lean-Agile practices and principles to deliver platform and product value.

Minimum Requirements

  • Position requires master’s degree in information technology, computer science, database technologies or a related technical field PLUS 3+ years of related experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Requires 3+ years’ experience with Project Management leading teams utilizing collaboration tools such as MSFT.
  • Requires 3+ years of experience with Lean-Agile certifications (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

Base Salary Ranges

Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.

$104,000.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
