The Opportunity

The MBA Leadership Rotation Program (MLRP) at Teladoc Health offers recent MBA graduates 12 months of rotational learning with the goal of accelerating their preparedness to take on future leadership positions. This program is designed to provide experiential, social and formal opportunities with the support of a business coach and mentors who have ‘been there, done that’ for maximum learning potential. Rotations are sponsored by senior leaders in a variety of areas such as Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Operations, Enterprise Clinical Strategy, Finance, Product Management and more.

Our MLRPers gain an enhanced understanding of innovation and the healthcare industry, and help advance Teladoc Health’s mission while developing knowledge, skills and abilities to become a leader within the organization. In fact, our MLRP cohorts have been instrumental in executing Teladoc Healths corporate strategy by leading major high-visibility projects that are directly tied to company growth objectives.

The next cohort will begin in Summer 2024 and based in our Purchase, NY headquarters (in-office on a hybrid basis, with access to a NYC office as well).

Program highlights:

  • 3 rotations within varying departments (4 months long each)

  • Senior leadership exposure, including 1:1s with executive team members

  • Business coaching and mentorship

  • Complex problem-solving assignments and opportunities to drive execution of key strategic projects

  • MLRP specific leadership development sessions and networking events

Responsibilities:

  • Drive key strategic projects, taking ownership for relevant project phases – e.g., scoping, research, analysis, change management, organizational alignment, GTM strategy, financial modeling, business/partnership development, etc.

  • Analyze market and competitive data to ensure the best strategy is implemented to drive results

  • Be fully embedded within an assigned team for each rotation, executing respective rotation projects successfully and contributing to the company and team culture in a positive and influential way aligned to our company values

  • Act as a sounding board to leaders on matters of strategy, efficiency, and operations

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement of organizational gaps and inefficiencies

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations of recommendations and outcomes to Project Exec Sponsors, projects teams, and other senior leaders

  • Engage in MLRP workshops, activities, scheduled touchpoints, post-rotation focus groups, etc

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required for Position:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA Program graduating in Spring 2024 (or Winter 2023)

  • 2+ years of work experience prior to or concurrent to pursuing the MBA

  • Genuine interest and passion for healthcare and Teladoc Health’s mission

  • Display strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and global teams

  • Formal training/experience in project management in marketing, finance, commercial, product development, project management, strategy and/or operations

  • Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e., leading projects, clubs or through prior work experience)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including preparing and preparing materials for meetings

  • Ability to work independently / self-manage as well as collaborate in work teams

  • Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills

  • Trustworthy with high integrity, and the ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality

  • A strong, strategic, and ambitious mindset coupled with intellectual energy and humility

  • Passion for solving complex problems that may not have a clearly defined answer

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word

The base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $165,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonuses, RSUs, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.

Required license or credential needed to perform job: Master of Business Administration from an accredited business school
