We are seeking a high-performing and mission-driven marketing leader to join us to expand our scale and impact. In the role of you will drive broadscale adoption of Teladoc Health’s physical, mental, and chronic condition management services by working with our largest partners and most important segments, to drive growth, retention and clinical outcomes using multiple platforms and channels.

In this role you will:

  • Partner and nurture relationships with our largest Health Plan and Employer clients to develop marketing strategies that drive member enrollment, engagement, and clinical outcomes.

  • This leader will work closely with clients to share marketing best practices and influence and persuade client adoption of our marketing strategies.

  • Execute marketing strategies within Teladoc Health and client marketing channels.

  • Leverage consumer insights and segment research to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for growth segments, including Medicare and Medicaid.

  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to uncover consumer and client needs. Identify opportunities to drive utilization and adoption of Teladoc Health benefits.

  • Be the voice of our client partners to the consumer marketing team.

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for key strategic segments, including channel mix, piloting innovative programs, and developing messaging and positioning.

  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners to uncover consumer needs and opportunities to drive utilization of Teladoc Health benefits

  • Lead the Marketing Campaign Readiness team, ensuring all campaign readiness criteria is compliant and marketing launches are successful.

  • Continuously seek improvement in consumer marketing activity through rigorous results capture, data analysis, research and customer insight and actively share these best practices across the organization. Use these insights to make recommendations of new initiatives and opportunities.

  • Develop scalable narrative that brings the consumer marketing value story to life for clients and prospects. Coordinate and drive alignment across a multifunctional internal team to equip Commercial team colleagues with compelling stories and visual tools (video, speaker decks, infographics, etc.)

  • Build, nurture, and inspire a team of 20+ marketers, from associate to senior director levels.

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:

  • A strong consumer marketing and partnership background is essential –MBA and/or 15+ years’ experience is required

  • A strategic thinker, with the ability to think creatively and build strategies rooted in consumer insight, proactively using data and best practices to make suggestions and recommendations to our clients.

  • A partner-oriented growth mindset, with the ability to understand client and Teladoc Health business needs and suggest initiatives and plans that delivers against both objectives.

  • A results driver, with a keen focus on understanding the business economic drivers and prioritizing efforts accordingly

  • Comfort with defining white space opportunities, embracing a test and learn mentality and swiftly scaling winning strategies

  • Effective communication and collaboration– this is a role that requires influencing both internal and external stakeholders. The individual must have excellent storytelling, relationship building and presentation skills.

  • Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with the trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high-velocity with attention-to-detail

  • A team first attitude with strong self-awareness to openly share and receive feedback and to never stop learning and improving

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
