The Senior Director, FP&A will support strategic and long-term planning, understanding the drivers of the business and providing visibility to leadership on the Company’s performance through reporting of metrics and financials. Success in this role means providing insights that grow the top line, drive efficiency, cut costs, and create better alignment across the organization. This position is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and strategic financial planning, business partnership and decision support, as well as on-demand ad hoc analysis from Executive Management and Investor Relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the long-range planning process ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insight into operational performance, business trends, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and analysis to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Support M&A activity with financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Oracle ERP and advanced proficiency in Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MBA and/or CPA
Experience with financial planning software
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-starter, that is a leader and driver within the organization. This person will influence others to drive a successful and timely delivery of analysis and reporting
A mindset and focus on continuous improvement with new analysis and ways to think about the business.
Strong attention to detail and checks and monitors their work output.
The base salary range for this position is $210,000-$225,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
