About the Team The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We're looking for a Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate who will cover the APAC SMB segment, be responsible for building strong partnerships with sales leaders & teams and drive key functions of the business including analytics & reporting, planning & forecasting, as well as special strategic projects in support of an entire vertical or sales division within our APAC SMB Sales organization. We're looking for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial, strategic, and business operational background to join our high-performing Monetization Strategy & Operations team. You will have a first hand opportunity to shape monetization efforts in the region primarily focused on driving revenue growth strategies, sales enablement and efficiency efforts. This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes to enable revenue and customer base growth. You will provide support to our sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies, planning and execution. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. In this role, you will: - Develop customer segmentation methodologies, build sales territories and sales coverage plans - Execute sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for a fast growing sales organization - Create and implement sales and client incentive plans - Develop and implement sales KPI's, build reporting and tracking of sales performance - Document data flows, operating procedures and policies, identify bottlenecks in the sales process and proactively seek opportunities for improvement - Drive operational excellence through identifying areas of opportunity to improve processes, tools and systems - Foster and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional business partners, collaborate on cross functional initiatives - Support sales with day to day operations, prioritize requests and solve escalations in a timely manner - Work with other Sales Operations members to resolve sales support issues, identify areas of improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in a management consulting, operations, strategy or growth role within a fast-paced technology company - Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines from a leading university - Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making. - Technical proficiency in SalesForce or similar type of CRM solutions, Tableau/Power BI or similar data visualization platforms as well as Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite skills Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other analytical tools is a plus - Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred - Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong influencing skills - Ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
